screwdriver-wrenchAccount Configuration

Overview

This section explains how to configure your account on the platform, connect cryptocurrency wallets for automatic payouts, and enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

The material is intended for administrators and operators of the platform to ensure correct handling of deposits and withdrawals and to maintain account security.

Deposit and Withdrawal Optimization

The deposit and payout system is fully optimized for automation:

  • Withdrawals are sent directly to the linked crypto wallet after the split.

  • Manual payout requests are not required.

⚠️ Important: The domain cannot be connected and platform operation is not possible without linked cryptocurrency wallets.

Connecting Cryptocurrency Wallets

Step 1 — Open Wallet Settings

Go to Settings → Security → Wallets.

Connect all available wallets across all supported networks. Without 2FA enabled, wallets can only be linked once.

Step 3 — Save the Configuration

After successful connection and data saving, you can proceed to domain setup and linking.

⚠️ Automatic payouts work only for tokens and networks supported by the platform. The current list of supported tokens is available in your “Deposit” section.

Handling Non-Standard Tokens

If unsupported tokens are deposited, the system may not detect them automatically. Such transactions are processed manually by the support team.

Unique Wallets for Users

Each user is assigned an individual wallet, ensuring:

  • Full control over incoming transactions

  • Transparency of all deposit and payout processes

In rare cases, if a supported token wasn’t recorded correctly by the system, the team will manually credit the tokens and return the deposit after the user contacts support.

Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Step 1 — Access Security Settings

Open Settings → Security → 2FA.

Step 2 — Add a TOTP Key

Use any application that supports TOTP (Time-Based One-Time Passwords), for example:

  • Google Authenticator

  • Authy

  • 1Password

Scan the QR code or enter the TOTP key manually.

Once enabled, 2FA protects your account from unauthorized access and significantly increases the platform’s overall security level.
